The Halloween festival

Halloween Fright Nights

Halloween Fright Nights is the oldest Halloween festival in the Netherlands. It started in 2001 with a single haunted maze in the corner of the park and grew every year until the whole site turned into a giant scare house after dark. Today it's the biggest event in Flevoland's annual calendar.

What to expect

At sunset the daytime attractions close and the Fright programme opens. Eight haunted houses — each with its own narrative — spread across the park. Fifteen scare zones where actors in full make-up walk the paths. A few of our roller coasters, including Goliath, keep running in the dark.

Who it's for

Fright Nights is genuinely scary. We recommend ages 16 and up. For families we run the Kids Edition during autumn break — everything safe, friendly and full of candy.

Practical

Tickets are sold separately or as a package with overnight stay in Walibi Village. Fright Nights weekends are extremely popular every year.
